Field Measure: When the database inside the JFFS2 (Journaling Flash File System Ver.2) is destroyed, it might cause the issue such as the system error or the machine lock-up. In that case, In that case, you can use the service software that initializes the destroyed database to recover the PWB instead of replacing the PWB

Procedures to recover the PWB in the field: Use the service software, when the following issue occurs and the field technicians judged that the issue will be resolved only by the PWB replacement

Changes: Use this firmware when following error appear: F245, F246, F247, F375, machine lock-up. The issues may be caused by power supply failure
Note:
- The issue such as the above system error or the machine lock-up surely occurs when the machine starts up or during operation. Also, it repeatedly occurs
- While the issue is not always the same when the machine starts up or during operation, one of the above issues will surely occur. (e.g. 1st issue: F245, 2nd issue: F247, etc.)

Note: This is a service version firmware
- Use this service software as rescue measures against "Predictive situation" as above if the issue cannot be resolved without the PWB replacement
- Surely update to the normal firmware that is installed at shipment since the service software absolutely initializes the data every time when turning the power on. (If possible, use the upgrade pack)
- If the issue cannot be resolved after using this service software, replace the PWB with the new one
